General description : TBR Uni-stage building Machine used for build radial tire, automatic apply thecomponents ( IL,SSR,Ply,Bead and SW,etc. ) before stitching and then build one package on belt drum , release package into transfer ring , tire shaping and stitching , finish one green tire. The machine has four-drums, cycle time 150 seconds per one tire, bead size range 17.5" -24.5” and it needs two operators.
