General description: Tire building machine was developed to produce green tires for next step(curing). Single stages building methods are adopted for this machine. Building mode are TOS and SOT. This machine includes: Flat carcass drum building machine * 2. belt package building machine and their related servicer, transfer ring and stitching system.

Functions: Used for build semi-steel radial tires. Compared to two stage TBM single stage building has higher production(quantity) efficiency, higher automatic machine, more uniform green tire quality, lower labor strength, and less equipment footprint. Building mode include both SOT and TOS.
