General description:

This dual online extruded apex rubber and bead composition line could combine with the bead build-ing machine to produce complete bead from steelwire and raw ruber(from mixer). The semi-finished bead could select either rubber covering or textile liner wrapping process. (This line including bead joint single wire wrapping machine . bead textile liner wrapping machine . bead rubber covering machine/ bead textile liner wrapping machine . transportation 6-axis robot，bead wire temporary storage equipment and bead store cart)

Cycle time: 2000 beads/ 8 hours with 1 to 2 operators.

Functions:

The assembly line automatically takes bead to put on bead joint single wire wrapping machine to wrapping joint from bead building machine or storage cart. After that, the robot automatically put the

bead on to the bead rubber covering machine or bead textile liner wrapping machine selected by the different process requirement. After above step, the robot automatically put the bead into apex extruding and pre -assemble line to assemble apex rubber to semi-finished beads and then robot grab the bead and put it on store cart. The robot also take the bead seperator on store cart accordingly.
